At 5 Rock Learning, we are committed to being responsible stewards of the resources entrusted to us. As a nonprofit organization, every tuition payment, donation, grant, and fundraising dollar is used to support our mission of providing a personalized, high-quality education for students in grades K–8.

Our Board of Directors oversees the organization's financial health through regular review of budgets, financial reports, and organizational priorities. We strive to use our resources efficiently, directing funds toward student programming, educational materials, qualified staff, and the continued growth and sustainability of our school.

We believe in transparency and accountability. We maintain accurate financial records, comply with all applicable state and federal reporting requirements, and make financial information available as required by law.
